About Me

Hey ya'll, my name is Abby Elizabeth and I've been in the professional massage therapy field for over 10 years. I specialize in sciatica, myofascial release, reflexology, trigger point therapy, cupping, aromatherapy, and hot stone. As well as having great experience with swedish and deep tissue massages, pre-natal massages, and passive ROM stretching. I've first completed a Massage Therapy course in Missouri in 2009, and did more hours to complete the Texas requirements here in Fort Worth Texas in 2016. Relax Away has been established since 2017. The more I learn about massage, the more I'm falling in love with it.

I have a very chill and positive, noticeably strong caring nature that is portrayed daily. I am the owner of Relax Away and I have an amazing, artistic, loving son. This has been a dream of mine for over a decade to have a non greedy, very loving, healing, relaxing, strictly professional massage business where people can relax, recoup, detox, and heal in this very painful stressful world.

I have seen the huge impact it has made in many over the years of my life. When I was very young I would massage my Mothers feet on the regular, since she had very bad circulation and sensation issues in her feet from a horrible car accident she had when she was younger. At that time I wasn't as knowledgeable about massage, but it had helped her much more then just helping her circulation and sensation issues. I have taken away peoples headaches, brought peace and relief to those in dire need where they were unable to find relief anywhere else, helped people sleep at night from relaxing them and taking away their body pains, flushed the fluid out of swollen knees bringing people off of walkers, helped remove painful scar tissues, removed the built up tensions causing immobility, brought such healing with relaxation and pain relief during pregnancy, and so much more. 

I really feel this is my calling and the Lord works through me daily bringing such relaxation, love, healing, wisdom, and encouragement to those willing. Throughout my life, there has been many instances that have tugged me and kept me in this field throughout all the struggles and hardships getting to this point of starting my own business.  Massage Therapy is such a blessing in peoples lives and I'm so honored to bestow that love within and upon people willing.

Had multiple locations healing and helping people continuously prior to the 2020 pandemic near Northeast Mall and in Fort Worth. My current spa room is well functioning near the HEB area. Keeping my clientele very limited right now for safety reasons. Helping people from travel in Weatherford, Keller, Southlake, Grand Prairie, Fort Worth, Benbrook, Burleson, Grapevine.

Previously in 2018 I relaxed and healed people with my very caring massages at Sadie Madison Beauty Bar for almost a year, as well as working in 2019 for a year in North Fort Worth at Lifetime Fitness Fort Worth Alliance in their onyx club at their high class Life Spa. At the Life Spa it was $110 for a 60 minute session with me. The going rate for a professional massage right now in the DFW, Texas area is $1/$2 per minute.
